How to make this Herb Salad Dressing:
Equipment:
High-Speed blender
Spatula
Jar for Storage
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of green onion, chopped and packed
1/3 cup of dill, chopped and packed
1/3 cup of cilantro, chopped and packed
1 cup of raw cashews, soaked and drained
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
1clove of garlic
1 cup of filtered water
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or lemon juice if you desire a thinner consistency.
