This chia seed jam is very easy to make! It’s a fantastic replacement for the standard jam or jellies high in sugar. This recipe contains a few simple ingredients, chia seeds, berries, lemon juice, and pure maple syrup (if you choose to use it).

Equipment:
Mason Jar
High-speed blender
Spatula
Ingredients:
2 cups of berries, you choose which kind. For this recipe, I use blueberries
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
First, put the fresh berries in the high-speed blender and pulse 2-4 times or until the berries have mostly broken down.
Then put the berries, chia seeds, lemon juice, and maple syrup (if using) in a mason jar or storage container and stir all of the ingredients until evenly dispersed.
After that, cap the container with the lid. Then put the jelly in the refrigerator for at least two hours before using it. Enjoy!
