Pure Maple syrup – When choosing your syrup, go for pure maple syrup. It’s a natural sweetener that is less processed than other sugars. Pure maple syrup is great for antioxidants, magnesium, potassium, and calcium.

How to make this healthy avocado pudding:
Ingredients:
3 medium avocados
1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 cup of plant milk, I usually oat or almond milk
