This simple juice is a great inexpensive juicing option. Both watermelon and pineapple have a high yield in juice. This recipe makes about 40oz. Double it up and have juice for a few days! This recipe suggests to aid lemon and ginger to aid inflammation, but it’s not necessary.

Ingredient Benefits:
Watermelon: Watermelon’s high water content contributes to glowing skin, easy digestion, and muscle soreness. If you have a cold-pressed juicer, you can juice the rind of the watermelon. If you choose to, make sure to wash it first.
Pineapple: Pineapple also boosts glowing skin, immunity, and digestion. It is high in bromelain, an enzyme that can help break down fat cell tissue. Make sure to always wash the pineapple before cutting off the skin and juice the core.

You can put large pieces through the juicer, especially if you have a Nama J2 or Nama dupe. However, I do find that cutting things like pineapple and celery in smaller pieces before the juicer aids the juicer.
