How to make this Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie:
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of oats
1 date
1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein
1 1/2 C plant-based milk
2 frozen bananas
First, put the pumpkin puree, oats date, pumpkin spice, and plant-based milk in the blender and blend until smooth.
Then add the two frozen bananas and blend again until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: If you don’t use frozen bananas, it will still be delicious! But it may not yield as much.
