This strawberry kiwi juice is one of my favorite recipes on a hot summer day! Enjoy this tangy sweet drink by itself, use it as a lemonade base, or as a mocktail/cocktail mixer with simple syrup. Of course, the main ingredients are fresh kiwis and strawberries, but feel free to make it your own by adding honey (or liquid sweetener of your choice), lemon, juice, lime juice, or orange juice. You can also be used as ice cubes and slushies! This simple recipe is made with fresh ingredients to avoid products like high fructose corn syrup, strawberry juice concentrate, and artificial flavor. The best thing about this flavorful juice is that you can make it in a juicer or blender.

Other ways to use this refreshing drink:
Strawberry kiwi lemonade: To make lemonade, add one cup of water to the juice, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and juice from 1-3 lemons. (depending on your preference)
Strawberry Kiwi ice cubes: Step your drink game up with beautiful strawberry Kiwi ice cubes. Simply pour the juice into ice cube trays and let them freeze completely.
Strawberry Kiwi Slush: To make the slushie first create the ice cubes, then blend the ice cubes in a blender. If you need it to be thinner, add 1/4 cup of water at a time until you get the consistency you desire.
How to make a higher yield of juice: Strawberries and kiwis can be expensive, especially when they’re out of season. A great way to get bang for your buck is to bulk up the recipe with fruits that contain a high water content. Typically watermelon or cucumber are the best options for this juice. To do this, add one cup of watermelon or cucumber to the blender or juice and repeat the directions below. You can add more if you like, make sure to taste it for your best result.

Tools:
High-speed blender or juicer
