This fresh summer fruit salad is nutrient-dense and great for parties or meal prep! It’s easy to throw together and takes about 20 minutes. This salad is healthy and sweet. Instead of using honey for the dressing, I used pure maple syrup to keep it vegan. But, feel free to use honey if you like!

How to make this Fruit Salad:
Equipment:
Sharp Knife
Cutting board
Large storage Bowl
Spatula
Lemon Juicer
Ingredients:
1 lb Strawberries, quartered
6 oz of Blueberries
6 oz of Blackberries
1/2 of a pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 kiwis, peeled and cut into quarter pieces
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
Preparation:
First, prepare all of your ingredients. Wash the fruits. Then trim and quarter the strawberries and kiwis. Cut the pineapple into 1 inches pieces.
Next, add all of the fruit into a large mixing bowl.
Then, juice the lime into a small bowl or measuring cup and add the pure maple syrup. After that, whisk together and pour over the fruit salad.
Gently fold the ingredients together until they are evenly dispersed. Enjoy!
