Common Questions:
How to make almond milk?: It’s easy! First, soak your almonds, rinse them and blend them with water. Then allow them to drain in a nut milk bag into a container of your choice.
Can I boil almond milk?: Yes, but don’t keep it on a rolling boil for too long. It could curdle the milk. Typically, when heating almond milk, bring it to a boil and lower the temperature.
Why does homemade almond milk separate? Often, it is believed that when almond milk separates, it goes bad. That’s not true. It’s natural for almond milk to separate because some particles are heavier than others. Give the milk a good shake before using it.

2 cups of water (for soaking)
4 cups of water
Options for flavor:
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

First, put the almonds and 2 cups of water in a bowl and soak them overnight or 12 hours.
After that, drain the almonds and rinse them until the water runs clear.
Next, put the almonds and 4 cups of water in a high-speed blender. Blend them at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, put the nut bag over a large measuring cup or bowl. (Make sure the measuring cup or bowl can hold at least 4 cups of liquid.) Then pour the nut milk into the bag. Allow the milk to drain into the measuring cup (or bowl) naturally, then squeeze the bag to get the excess milk out of the pulp.
Once the milk is drained, pour it into the storage container you’d like to keep it in. Keep it in your fridge for 5-7 days.
